We DO NOT offer returns, refunds or exchanges. All Sales Final.
Please ask questions regarding items before ordering. Many of the items on our website have to be special ordered for your order. We are more than happy to answer any questions for you. Sizing is listed individually in the description of each item.

All transactions will be charged for at the time of ordering.

PRIVACY
All information gathered by us is kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any company or individual. The information gathered on this site will only be used to make sure that your order gets delivered to you in a timely manner and our bookeeping records.

We may contact you from time to time regarding your order status or about products or specials that we think you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, we will honor your request not to send them to you.

We have taken strong measures to ensure your payment information is processed securely, confidentially, and accurately online. Security is our top priority and we understand the need for secure online ordering.

PAYMENT
You can pay us with a credit card by going thru our shopping cart system and filling out the necessary info or you can call us with your info during regular phone hours.

We accept Mastercard/Visa, Paypal, personal checks and money orders.  For orders by personal check, we will wait 14 business days for the check to clear before we send out your order.


DAMAGED ITEMS
It is the responsibility of the person receiving the items to inspect them upon delivery. If anything has been damaged due to the delivery of the item, you would need to notify Moondance immediately within 2 days of receiving the item and it will be determined at that time if it will qualify or not and will require adequate photos to be mailed as well. There are no replacements on items that have been used then damaged or smell of perfumes, deoderants and show ANY SIGN of being worn. It is up to the consumer to take great care of each item to ensure it to remain in optimum condition. This includes all Moondance merchandise.

CARING FOR YOUR NEW ITEMS
It is the responsibility of the person to take great care of your new merchandise. We strongly suggest dry clean only. If you do not know how to correctly clean and care for your new garments and costume pieces please see your local cleaners for proper instructions. Please be sure to clean you garment once you first receive it. Do this before wearing your garment for the first time and as needed after each use. Some items may actually need spot cleaned. Please see your local cleaners for proper care of your new merchandise.

SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS
If you order via the shopping cart, the shipping & handling charges will be automatically calculated. Otherwise, look at shipping/handling page for our shipping/handling rates. We are not responsible for paying any customs or duties for your purchase. Most international orders will be required to pay these fees. Please check with your regular postal carrier for these fees.
