We DO NOT offer returns, refunds or exchanges as stated at the tops of our web pages. All Sales Final.
Please ask questions regarding items before ordering.

All transactions will be charged for at the time of ordering.

PRIVACY
All information gathered by Moondance is kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any company or individual. The information gathered on this site will only be used to make sure that your order gets delivered to you in a timely manner and our bookeeping records.

We may contact you from time to time regarding your order status or about products or specials that we think you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, we will honor your request not to send them to you.

Moondancebellydance.com utilizes the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology that makes it almost impossible for unauthorized parties to read or intercept any information you send us thru our shopping cart system.

This advanced technology has made shopping online significantly safer than using your credit card at a restaurant or department store.

PAYMENT
You can pay us with a credit card by going thru our shopping cart system and filling out the necessary info or you can call us with your info during regular phone hours.

We accept Mastercard/Visa, Paypal, personal checks and money orders. For orders by personal check, we will wait 14 business days for the check to clear before we send out your order.

PAYPAL ORDERS
To pay with Paypal only takes a couple of minutes to complete. Make sure to sign up for an account with PayPal at www.paypal.com beforehand. Total up your order plus shipping & 5% fee, then go to Paypal, look for SEND PAYMENT, fill out your required info and write in comment box what items you would like, their totals including shipping and Paypal the payment to: moondancebellydance@yahoo.com. Please then send us an email letting us know you paid thru Paypal.

DAMAGED ITEMS
It is the responsibility of the person receiving the items to inspect them upon delivery. If anything has been damaged due to the delivery of the item, you would need to notify Moondance immediately within 2 days of receiving the item and it will be determined at that time if it will qualify or not and will require adequate photos to be mailed as well. There are no replacements on items that have been used then damaged or smell of perfumes, deoderants and show ANY SIGN of being worn. It is up to the consumer to take great care of each item to ensure it to remain in optimum condition. This includes all Moondance merchandise.

CARING FOR YOUR NEW ITEMS
It is the responsibility of the person to take great care of your new merchandise. We strongly suggest dry clean only. If you do not know how to correctly clean and care for your new garments and costume pieces please see your local cleaners for proper instructions. Please be sure to clean you garment once you first receive it. Do this before wearing your garment for the first time and as needed after each use. Some items may actually need spot cleaned. Please see your local cleaners for proper care of your new merchandise.

SHIPPING COSTS
If you order via the shopping cart, the shipping charges will be automatically calculated. Otherwise, look at shipping page for our shipping rates. We are not responsible for paying any customs or duties for your purchase. Most international orders will be required to pay these fees. Please check with your regular postal carrier for these fees.

DISCOUNTS
We offer group/bulk 10% discounts. This type of order MUST BE PHONED IN and ask for the discount as we do not have a discount button on our website. The order must be a minimum of $300 or more on qualifying merchandise. You must order 4 or more of each item (you can choose different colors/sizes as long as we have availability). All questions need to be asked in advance of placing an order and no discounts will be issued after the fact. Please be sure to note that you MUST phone this type of order in during regular phone hours. If you are placing an order online no discount will be given.
