COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

DOES IT REALLY TAKE 2 WEEKS TO GET MY ORDER IN THE USA OR 4 WEEKS FOR INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. Most of the time it will take the full amount of time. Sometimes it comes a few days early but don't rely on that if you really need something before the 2 week time frame because we work with a large amount of orders and take them in the order they are received in order to be fair to all customers so we ask that you allow yourself the full 14 days for USA orders and 4 weeks for international orders.


WHERE CAN I FIND THE SHIPPING RATES:
Located at the bottom of all our web pages is a shipping link with all the rates or use this link
http://www.moondancebellydance.com/product/00shipping/shipping.aspx. Please note that we use 1st class and Priority for most all packages including the Express packages. The Express packages are placed ahead of all regular shipping orders and you should have them within 5 business days (via Priority Mail) thru the US Postal service as long as the items are in stock. We will call and/or email you right away (during business hours) if they are not. In most cases this will require a signature so sending to a work address if you are not going to be home might be a good option.


HOW SECURE IS THE SITE AND WILL MY INFO BE TRADED OR USED ELSEWHERE AFTER USING THE SHOPPING CART?

DO YOU REFUND MY MONEY IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
It is the responsibility of the person receiving the items to inspect them upon delivery. If anything has been damaged due to the delivery of the item, you would need to notify Moondance immediately within 2 days of receiving the item and it will be determined at that time if it will qualify or not and will require adequate photos to be mailed as well. There are no replacements on items that have been used then damaged or smell of perfumes, deoderants and show ANY SIGN of being worn. It is up to the consumer to take great care of each item to ensure it to remain in optimum condition. This includes all merchandise.
