your order processed quickly. We process a large volume
of orders. Expected delivery time for US residents is 14
days to receive your order. This does not include APO/FPOs,
or international orders. If you would prefer faster
service in the US, please consider our Express
delivery.
CHARGES
All transactions will be charged for at the time of
ordering.
EXCHANGE
POLICY
ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE PRE-APPROVED IN ADVANCE. Exchange
items will be considered DEPENDING ON CIRCUMSTANCES and
must be done within a 2 week period from receiving your
purchase. You must call or email first regarding the
circumstances. If an in-store credit is approved, it
will only be given if merchandise is returned WITH A
COPY of the original INVOICE and note stating what is
wanted in exchange for items being returned. An
in-store credit will be given at that time (IF APPROVED)
for Moondance Merchandise ONLY and must be used within a
30 day period. Please call with any questions regarding
this. We will not exchange items during or just after
the Halloween season. NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN ON
SHIPPING CHARGES AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ITEMS
RESHIPPED.
CANCELING ORDERS
We do not offer cash/credit card refunds. If you cancel
your order before it has been processed there will be a
15% charge for early cancellations.
If your order has already been shipped out you will then

to see if you qualify for an in-house exchange.
